Nike Workshop
This afternoon, the studio welcomed a group of friends I deeply admire, who are the research and development team of Nike in Taiwan, Nike NXT Taiwan.
We prepared many topics for discussion and exchange, covering themes ranging from history, creativity, manufacturing, materials, philosophy, and more… The team members and I gained a lot from our interaction.
Special thanks to Johnny, my schoolmate in EiMBA of NTU, for the thoughtful invitation and arrangement. They also see the performance of “This Life” from the CTBC Arts Festival. They did homework, and their presentation truly moved me during the workshop. The aesthetic of the keynotes revealed the design embedded within their souls. ^_^
Discovering that Nike Go FlyEase was Johnny’s creation was incredibly cool. It made me a bit shy, though; I didn’t dare mention that I’m also a Nike fan. I deliberately refrained from wearing Nike when meeting him for the first time, to avoid revealing too much… ^_^
I’m very happy to receive this rare token of appreciation and gift. It will be treasured. ^_^
I never imagined that besides HUANG YI STUDIO+, it would connect with the Nike logo. How adorable! ^_^
